1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accreditation of the professional organizations, organizations for certification (further – Rules).

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication, except for Item 10 of Rules which becomes effective since January 30, 2012.

Rules of accreditation of the professional organizations, organizations for certification

1. General provisions

1. These rules of accreditation of the professional organizations, organizations for certification (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2007 "About financial accounting and the financial reporting" (further - the Law) and establish procedure for carrying out accreditation of the professional organizations of accountants (further - the professional organizations) and the organizations for professional certification of accountants (further - the organizations for certification) the central state body performing regulation of activities in the sphere of financial accounting and the financial reporting (further - authorized body).

2. Procedure for holding procedure of accreditation

2. The professional organizations for carrying out accreditation submit the following documents through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.e.gov.kz (further - the portal):

1) request in electronic form, certified by the digital signature (further - the EDS) the authorized person of the professional organization to form according to appendix 1 to these rules;

2) form of data according to appendix 2 to these rules;

3) the electronic document confirming availability of system of advanced training of the members with indication of the plan of holding the training actions.

3. The organizations for certification for carrying out accreditation submit to authorized body through the portal the following documents:

1) request in electronic form, the authorized person of the organization for certification certified by the EDS according to appendix 1 to these rules;

2) form of data according to appendix 3 to these rules;

3) the materials in electronic form according to programs of certification which are turning on examination modules and evaluation procedure of results of examinations in disciplines "Financial accounting according to international accounting standards", the "Taxes and the taxation" and "Civil law" in the state and Russian languages conforming to the requirements specified in appendix 4 to these rules;
