About implementation of measures for enhancement of import of separate groups of consumer goods to the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Take into consideration that since January 1, 2012 obligatory marking of separate groups of the imported consumer goods to customs clearance is entered into the release mode for free circulation (далееимпорт) by special control identification tags.

2. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for marking of the imported consumer goods special control identification tags according to the appendix N 1;

The list of the imported consumer goods which are subject to obligatory marking by special control identification tags according to the appendix N 2;

The list of processing equipment, the consumable materials and the software of the interdepartmental information system "Marking and Audit" imported by the State Customs Committee, the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and GPO "Davlat of Belgisa" under the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan necessary for implementation of system of obligatory marking of the imported consumer goods special control identification tags, according to the appendix N 3.

3. Prohibit realization and storage in unmarked type of the imported consumer goods which are subject to obligatory marking by special control identification tags in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Determine that:

realization of the consumer goods which are again included in the list of the imported consumer goods which are subject to obligatory marking by special control identification tags is allowed not marked by these signs within 180 days from the date of inclusion of such consumer goods in the specified list.

5. In ten-day time to provide to the State Customs Committee and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan acquisition at the expense of means of their special funds of necessary processing equipment, consumable materials and the software of the interdepartmental information system "Marking and Audit", for the purpose of issuance of special control identification tags.

6. GPO "Davlat of Belgisa" under the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

in ten-day time to provide acquisition and production of paper with protection elements in quantity according to requests of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its sending for drawing glue basis and receipt of self-adhesive paper with protection elements on import;
