About additional measures for enhancement of activities of bodies of civil registration
For the purpose of further enhancement of activities of bodies of civil registration (further - bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE) and creating favorable conditions for receipt of qualified legal aid by citizens the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of number of employees of bodies of civil registration, according to appendix No. 1, and enact it since January 1, 2012.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in a month together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent to study the need for bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE in the remote settlements;
in two-month time together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, proceeding from the approved criteria to determine the number of employees of bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE;
in two-month time to develop and introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers the draft of the program of measures for strengthening of material and technical resources of bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE, including creation of the REGISTRY OFFICE single electronic archive providing creation of necessary conditions for receipt of qualified legal aid by citizens, and also ensuring safety of documents and archive materials;
in three-months time together with the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the relevant servicing banks to provide complete equipment of bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE with settlement terminals on acceptance of payments from bank plastic cards and cash registers.
3. Determine that providing bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE is performed at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and off-budget fund of the Agency of the state services under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
