According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.04.2011 No. 467, Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care, the Laws of Ukraine "About the Basic principles of development of information society in Ukraine for 2007-2015" "About obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial" the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.02.2010 No. 208 "Some questions of enhancement of health care system" I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on the Unified electronic register of leaves of disability which are applied.
2. Determine pilot areas for introduction in trial operation of the Unified electronic register of leaves of disability the Vinnytsia, Volynsk, Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Luhansk, Lviv, Odessa, Poltava, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions (further - Pilot areas) on behalf of managements of health care of regional public administrations.
3. To chiefs of managements of health care of regional public administrations of the Vinnytsia, Volynsk, Donetsk, Ivanofrankovsky, Luhansk, Lviv, Odessa, Poltava, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions:
3.1. Determine persons responsible for implementation and introduction in trial operation of the Unified electronic register of leaves of disability.
