of November 4, 2011 No. 755

About approval of the Regulations on the center of primary medical (medical and sanitary) care and regulations on its divisions

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 17.10.2012 No. 813)

According to the paragraph third parts three of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for carrying out reforming of health care system in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk regions and the city of Kiev", for the purpose of increase in level of medical attendance of the population, expansion of opportunities concerning availability and quality of medical care, implementation in pilot regions of new approaches concerning the organization of work of the institutions of health care giving primary health care and legal settlement of creation in the pilot regions of the centers of primary health care and their divisions based on the existing network of institutions of health care satisfying the needs of the population for primary medical care, PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on the center of primary medical (medical and sanitary) care which are applied.

1.2. Regulations on out-patient clinic which are applied.

1.3. Provision about feldshersko-akusherskom / infirmary which is applied.

1.4. Regulations on medical aid station of temporary basing which are applied.

2. To chiefs of managements of health care Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk regional and Kiev city public administrations to provide accomplishment of this order.

3. To department of the treatment-and-prophylactic help (M. K. Hobzey), to Department of normative legal support (V. V. Koblosh) to provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Tolstanov O. K.

Regulations on the center of primary medical (medical and sanitary) care

I. General provisions

1.1. The center of primary medical (medical and sanitary) care (further - TsPMSP) is created for the purpose of ensuring needs of the population for primary medical (medical and sanitary) care (further - PHC).

1.2. TsPMSP is created according to the decision of bodies/local government bodies (further - the Founder) according to its powers and submits to the Founder.

1.3. TsPMSP is legal entity, municipal non-commercial enterprise or municipal non-commercial organization.

1.4. TsPMSP undergoes state registration, accreditation and obtains the license for implementation of medical practice according to the legislation.
