For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, and also implementation and the organization according to modern requirements of social policy, I decide:
1. Create the following public services under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic
1.1. based on State Labour Inspection under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic Public service of inspection of work under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.2. ceased to be valid;

2. Approve "Structure of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic".

8. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
8.1. within a month to resolve all issues connected with financing and other providing for functioning of the office of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic and the bodies entering into its structure;
8.2. within three months:
8.2.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on unification with respect thereto the Decree of the existing legal acts
8.2.2. provide unification with this Decree of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and relevant organs of the executive authority and report on it on the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
8.3. Resolve the questions following from this Decree.
9. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic to perform necessary actions for the purpose of the organization of activities of the office of the Ministry and the educations entering into its structure.
