For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 N 376 "About procedures for declaring, control and adjustment of customs value of goods" the Commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Approve:
structure and format of the electronic copy of the declaration of customs value (DTS-1 and DTS-2) form (appendix N 1);
structure and format of the electronic copy of form of adjustment of customs value and customs payments (KTS-1 and KTS-2) form (appendix N 2).
2. Provide to Customs Services preparation of information systems of Customs Services of state members of the Customs union for application of the structures and formats approved in Item 1 of this Decision no later than July 1, 2011.
