According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of 18.05.2010 No. 2258-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way", the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance", the Law of Ukraine of 04.11.2010 No. 2677-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" and some other legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the procedure of forced execution of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials)" The law of Ukraine of 07.04.2011 No. 3205-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning cancellation of the certificate on state registration of the legal entity and the physical person - the entrepreneur", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for maintaining customer accounts of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by banks DECIDES:
1. In preamble of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 03.12.2003 No. 516 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure by banks of Ukraine of supplementary (deposit) transactions with legal entities and physical persons", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.12.2003 for No. 1256/8577 (with changes) to exclude the words "About Tax on the Income of Physical Persons".
