About approval of samples of the documents necessary for permission of transactions with strategic goods

In pursuance of item 4 of the Order of the Government No. 606 of May 15, 2002. "About the national control system of export, re-export, import and transit of strategic goods in the Republic of Moldova" I ORDER:

1. Approve the following samples of documents for permission of transactions with strategic goods:

import permit of strategic goods (appendix 1);

permission to re-export of strategic goods (appendix 2);

import permit of strategic goods (appendix 3);

permission to transit of strategic goods (appendix 4);

appendix to the import permit, re-export, import and transit of strategic goods (appendix 5);

the statement on receipt of permission to export/re-export of strategic goods (appendix 6);

request for receipt of the import permit of strategic goods (appendix 7);

request for receipt of permission to transit of strategic goods (appendix 8);

the international certificate for import (appendix 9);

certificate of delivery confirmation (appendix 10);

end-user certificate (appendix 11);

appendix to the international certificate for import and to the certificate of delivery confirmation (appendix 12);

request for receipt of the international certificate for import (appendix 13);

request for receipt of the certificate of delivery confirmation (appendix 14).

2. Samples of the documents specified in the item 1, will be used in the course of issue of permissions to implementation of transactions with strategic goods after their publication in "Monitorul Oficial".
