Based on Item 14 of Rules of buying up at physical persons of precious metals and gemstones in the products and scrap approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 12, 2011 No. 1211, of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish receipt form on the bought-up values according to appendix.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling of the receipt on the bought-up values it (is applied).

3. Forms of receipts on skupochny values (No. form 1), made before entry into force of this resolution, are valid before their complete use.

4. This resolution becomes effective since December 20, 2011.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for filling of the receipt on the bought-up values * (further – the receipt).

2. Action of this Instruction extends to the organizations performing buying up of values (further – the organizations buyers) at physical persons (further – sellers), according to Rules of buying up at physical persons of precious metals and gemstones in products and scrap.

3. The receipt is filled in in case of the consent of the seller with the made assessment of values.

4. The form of the receipt is the form of the document with certain degree of protection.
