1. Approve the List of the services in the field of public health provided to physical persons and legal entities for a fee and rates for them (are applied).

2. To the Ministry of Health to make necessary changes to the Single catalog of rates for the medical services provided by republican, local, district medical and sanitary government offices, approved by the order of the Ministry of Health No. 466 of December 19, 2007. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 21-22, 47).

3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Health, work and social protection.
