About approval of Veterinary sanitary standard about conditions of animal and public health for production and trade in forcemeat and meat semifinished products

According to requirements of Art. 10 of the Law No. 1538-XII of 23.06.93 on veterinary activities and for the purpose of harmonization of the veterinary legislation of the Republic of Moldova with the European Union law of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Veterinary sanitary standard about veterinary and sanitary conditions of animal and public health for production and trade in forcemeat and meat semifinished products according to the Resolution of the EU 2000/572 of September 8, 2000 and the directive EC94/65 of December 14, 1994.

2. To Veterinary Department, the State veterinary inspection, district and municipal veterinary services, economic agents (physical persons and legal entities) to be guided in the activities by this veterinarnosanitarny regulation.

3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Veterinary Department, the State veterinary inspectorate.

Veterinary sanitranaya regulation about conditions of animal and public health for production and trade in forcemeat and meat semifinished products

Part I General provisions

1. This veterinary sanitary standard establishes conditions of animal and public health for production and trade in forcemeat and the meat semifinished products included in the Inventory of the Republic of Moldova in line items 0201, of 0203, of 0204, of 0205, of 0207, of 0208, 0210.

2. Production of forcemeat is performed in the following conditions:

a) forcemeat is made according to the requirements established in subitems 5-7 and 11-14 of appendix to this veterinary sanitary standard.

b) forcemeat shall come from the company or the companies which correspond to the conditions established in parts IX-XIII of this veterinary sanitary standard;

c) forcemeat shall be refrigerated on production enterprises or the companies from where there is meat.

3. Production of meat semifinished products is performed in the following conditions:

a) fresh meat is made with observance of the requirements established in subitems 8-12 and 11-13 of appendix to this veterinary sanitary standard;

b) meat semifinished products come from the companies which provide the guarantees provided in parts V-XIII of appendix to this veterinarnosanitarny regulation;

c) meat semifinished products are refrigerated on production enterprise or the company from where occur.

4. Each transported batch of forcemeat and meat semifinished products intended for export is followed by the original of the veterinary sanitary certificate numbered, completed, signed and dated, consisting of one page, published according to the sample established by the importing country and in importing country language. Certificates for domestic trade are constituted in state language.
