About approval of the Action plan of the Republic of Moldova on implementation of recommendations of the European commission on creation of the Profound and comprehensive free trade area between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union
For the purpose of accomplishment of obligations assumed by the Republic of Moldova for trade liberalization with the European Union, the Government DECIDES:
1. Approve the Action plan of the Republic of Moldova on implementation of recommendations of the European commission on creation of the Profound and comprehensive free trade area between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union it (is applied).
2. To the ministries and other competent central administrative authorities:
take necessary measures for accomplishment in full and at the scheduled time of the measures provided by the Action plan;
provide quarterly to the Ministry of Economics information on accomplishment of the measures established by the Action plan.
3. To the Ministry of Economics quarterly to represent to the Government and the European commission the Summary report on the course of accomplishment of the Action plan.
4. Assign to the Ministry of Economics monitoring and coordinating of implementation of measures, the recommendations of the European commission on creation of the Profound and comprehensive free trade area provided by the Action plan of the Republic of Moldova on implementation between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union.
