1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of complex nature protection permissions it (is applied).

2. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 20.06.2013 No. 503

2.2. No. 130 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 27.02.2024

2.3. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 17.02.2012 No. 156

2.4. in Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of the amount of the indemnification caused to the environment, and creation of the act of the damnification factual determination to the environment approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2008 No. 1042 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of the amount of the indemnification caused to the environment, and creation of the act of damnification factual determination the environment, change and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 175, 5/28032; 2011, No. 7, 5/33132):

Regulations on procedure for issue of complex nature protection permissions

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision establishes procedure for issue of complex nature protection permissions (further if other is not provided, – permissions) and their duplicates, introduction of changes in them, the termination of their action.

2. Permissions are issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the cases specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2011 to No. 528 (further if other is not provided, – applicants).

3. The applicants specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2011 to No. 528, do not need receipt of permission in cases if:

the amount of production (withdrawal) of waters makes less than 5 cubic meters a day using water intaking constructions;

according to the inventory report of emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air (further – the inventory report of emissions) total gross emissions from all objects of impact on atmospheric air draw up 3 and less than a ton per year or gross emissions of pollutants of the 1st class of danger make 10 and less kilograms a year;

objects of impact on atmospheric air are not included in the list of objects of impact on atmospheric air for which standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants in the atmospheric air established by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection are established.

4. 5. The decision made by body of issue of permissions becomes effective from the date of, specified in such decision, at the same time this day cannot be established later by what after 15 calendar days from the date of adoption of this decision.
