Based on the paragraph of the fifth subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Set the following parameters of demand for security and (or) offers of security, market price of security or the trading volume security from variations as a result of which making of the actions (failure to act) specified in part one of subitem 1.6-1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 to No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 71, 1/7529) (further - actions (failure to act), are recognized significant effect:

1.1. on demand for security and (or) the offer of security - total increase in the number of securities of one type issued by certain issuer, the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange open joint stock company containing in purchasing requests (sale) of such securities in trade system (further - the exchange), more than for 100 percent in day of making of the actions provided by paragraphs to the second, sixth or eighth part one of subitem 1.6-1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277, and in any of 2 working days following after making of such actions, for comparison with the daily average total number of securities of one type issued by the certain issuer containing in purchasing requests (sale) of such securities in trade system of the exchange, calculated in 60 trading days preceding day of making of such actions;

1.2. on market price of security - increase or reduction of market price of security more than for 60 percent (for the members of section of the stock market of the exchange who acquired the right of participation in trading in shares and assumed liabilities according to local regulatory legal acts of the exchange on accomplishment of functions of market makers according to these shares - more than for 200 percent) in day of making of the actions (failure to act) provided by paragraphs the second or eighth parts one of subitem 1.6-1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277, in comparison with the market price of security calculated in the day preceding making of such actions (failure to act) and in any of 2 working days following behind day of making of such actions (failure to act) in comparison with the market price of security calculated in the day preceding their making;

1.3. on the trading volume security - increase in the trading volume security (in pieces of securities) in trade system of the exchange more than for 100 percent in day of making of the actions provided by paragraphs to the second, sixth or eighth part one of subitem 1.6-1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277, and in any of 2 working days following after making of such actions in comparison with the daily average trading volume such security calculated in 60 trading days preceding making of such actions.

2. Parameters of demand for security and (or) offers of security, market price of security or the trading volume security from which variations are recognized significant effect on demand for security and (or) the offer of security, market price of security or the trading volume security, established in Item 1 of this resolution do not extend:

on security transactions on which market price is not calculated;

on repo transactions with bonds.

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 7, 2011.
