Procedure for material security of the militarized mine-rescue parts and divisions of Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1. General provisions

1) This procedure determines procedure for material security of the militarized mine-rescue parts and divisions, and is directed to stimulation and increase in combat readiness of their divisions, for rescuing of people and liquidation of underground accidents. Also establishes procedure and conditions of additional payments in case of daily activities and during accident elimination and provides social protection of workers of the militarized mine-rescue parts and members of their families.

2. Material security of the militarized mine-rescue parts and divisions

2) the System of material security of the militarized mine-rescue parts and divisions will be organized based on the means arriving at the expense of agreements, means of the serviced objects and means of Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also other means which are not prohibited by the legislation.

About transfer into such compensation it is granted permission, in each case, the head, works on accident liquidation, depending on nature, amount and quality of the performed wrecking, their weight, harm and risk degree.

16) Payment of allowances and surcharges for accomplishment of wrecking is made at the expense of the companies at which these works are performed.

5. Single fund of financial incentive

17) the Single fund of financial incentive is formed due to assignments from salary fund of the militarized structure in the amount of 25 percent provided in agreements with the serviced companies. The single fund of financial incentive is used on one-time encouragement, monthly (quarter) awards, remuneration for general results following the results of work for year of workers of the militarized mine-rescue parts, according to the staff list of the militarized mine-rescue parts.
