About payment terms of work of employees of archival organizations on the basis of the Single scale of charges

(as amended on 09-08-2017)

 According to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30.08.2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of certain areas of the budget sphere" (with changes) of 11.05.2011 No. 524 "Questions of compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of certain areas of the budget sphere", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

the sizes of job grades and coefficients on compensation of employees of archival organizations according to appendix 1;

the scheme of job grades of positions of leading employees of the Public Records Offices and other archival organizations according to appendix 2;

the scheme of job grades of positions of professionals and specialists of archival organizations according to appendix 3;

the scheme of job grades of positions (professions) of heads of other structural divisions and technical employees of archival organizations according to appendix 4;

the scheme of job grades of positions of leading employees of libraries according to appendix 5;

the scheme of job grades of positions of leading employees of Directorate on operation of complex of constructions of the central Public Records Offices according to appendix 6;

the scheme of job grades of positions (professions) of workers held by servicing of archival organizations according to appendix 7;

indicators for reference of archival organizations of Ukraine to groups on compensation of heads and specialists according to appendix 8.

2. Grant the right to heads of archival organizations within the salary fund approved in estimates:

2.1. Establish:

1) to workers the specific sizes of official pay rates (wage rates) according to the approved schemes of job grades, the amount of surcharges and allowances to them;

2) official pay rates to deputy managers, deputy managers of structural divisions - for 5-15 percent, to chief accountants - for 10-30 percent, to assistant administrators - is 30-40 percent lower than official pay rate of the corresponding head determined by the schemes of job grades approved by this order;

3) allowances to workers:

a) at the rate to 50 percent of official pay rate (wage rate, the tariff charge):

for high achievements in work;

for accomplishment of especially important work (for the term of its accomplishment);

for complexity, intensity in work.

The extreme size of the specified allowances for one worker shall not exceed 50 percent of official pay rate.

In case of untimely task performance, quality degradation of work and violation of labor discipline, the specified allowances are cancelled or decrease;

b) for honorary titles of Ukraine, the USSR, the federal republics of the USSR:

"national" - in the amount of 40 percent, "deserved" - 20 percent of official pay rate (wage rate).

Allowances for honorary titles are established to workers if their activities for profile match the available honorary title.
