About approval of samples of forms of diplomas of the doctor and candidate of science

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve samples of forms of diplomas of the doctor and candidate of science which are applied.

2. Determine that:

the diplomas of the doctor and candidate of science and certificates of the senior research associate issued by the Highest certifying commission and the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport are valid and are not subject to exchange;

the paragraph is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.2013 No. 955

appendix to the diploma of the candidate of science in the form determined by the Ministry of Education and Science is issued to foreign citizens and citizens of Ukraine who go abroad.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. To the Ministry of Education and Science to develop and approve in two-month time:

descriptions of forms of diplomas of the doctor and candidate of science and certificate of the senior research associate;

procedure for registration, issue and accounting of diplomas of the doctor and candidate of science and certificate of the senior research associate;

procedure for write-off of unused forms of diplomas of the doctor and candidate of science and certificate of the senior research associate of old sample.
