About approval of the Regulations on procedure for putting down of apostille

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 5, 2011 "About measures for realization of provisions of the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents (The Hague, on October 5, 1961)" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1566:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for putting down of apostille according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine that:

putting down and recognition of apostille will be performed since April 15, 2012 - the date of entry into force for the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents (The Hague, on October 5, 1961);

the ministries, departments, public authorities on places and other organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall accept official documents of foreign states without their legalization in the cases provided by the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents (The Hague, on October 5, 1961), and cannot refuse acceptance and use of the official documents coming from the member country of the Convention with the apostille which is put down on them.

3. On places it is regular to ministries, departments and public authorities to direct specimen signatures of persons, representatives to sign official documents, and prints of seals and stamps in:
