Article 1. Size of rate of insurance premium for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population

Establish rate of insurance premium for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population in the amount of the 18th 864, the 6th ruble.

Article 2. Procedure of payments of rate of insurance premium for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population

1. The rate of insurance premium for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population in the subject of the Russian Federation is calculated as the work of rate, the stipulated in Clause 1 present of the Federal Law, coefficient of differentiation and coefficient of rise in price of cost of medical services. The specified coefficients are determined according to appendix to this Federal Law and annually established by the Federal Law on the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for the next financial year and planning period.

1.1. The rate of insurance premium for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population calculated according to part of 1 this Article in the subject of the Russian Federation is rounded to the first sign after comma according to the operating procedure for rounding.

2. The rate of insurance premium for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population considers financial provision of medical care which types and conditions of rendering are established by the basic program of compulsory medical insurance.

Article 3. Final provisions

Calculation of rate of insurance premium for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population in the city of Baikonur is perfromed according to the procedure, similar to procedure of payments of rate of insurance premium for compulsory medical insurance of the idle population in the subject of the Russian Federation, the stipulated in Clause 2 presents of the Federal Law.

Article 4. Entry into force of this Federal Law

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Operation of this Federal Law extends to the legal relationship arising in the course of creation and execution of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation, the city of Baikonur, Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund and territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2012 and the next years.

1. Value of coefficient of differentiation for the subject of the Russian Federation or the city of Baikonur (Kdif (i)) is determined by formula:

Kmax r; zp - the maximum value of the amount of the weighted average district coefficient to the salary and the weighted average percentage salary supplement for length of service in the region of the Far North and areas equated to them, and also for work in areas with special climatic conditions which are established for the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation or the city of Baikonur by legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, legislative and other regulatory legal acts of USSR, - for calculation of coefficient of differentiation for subjects of the Russian Federation for which the coefficient of the KR (i), or the maximum value of coefficient of level of the average monthly salary i-go of the subject of the Russian Federation or the city of Baikonur - for calculation of coefficient of differentiation for subjects of the Russian Federation for which the coefficient Kzp (i) is chosen is chosen.
