The government of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

Exempt from taxation by customs payments and the value added tax the computer equipment, office equipment and the software imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus for the Ministry of social protection of the contract of October 3, 1996 by N WB/IS/03/96 with the Aker Kompyyuter Handelsgmbkh company (Austria) according to appendix.

In case of realization of the computer equipment, office equipment and the software customs payment and the value added tax is made according to the current legislation.
