About approval of the Single qualifier of the state positions

The parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - Approve the Single qualifier of the state positions given in the appendix which is integral part of this law.

Art. 2. - This law does not extend to the state positions held by the government employees having special status.

Art. 3. - Bodies of the public power in case of approval or respectively change of staff lists should use only the names of the state positions provided by this law. If after approval or change of staff lists names of the state positions held by some government employees without change of tasks and job responsibilities on the corresponding positions will change, such employees are appointed to new positions according to the procedure, stipulated in Item and) article 69 of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158/2008, within 15 calendar days from the date of entry into force of the corresponding staff lists. Appointment is performed by the administrative act of person/body, competent to appoint to position.

Art. 4. - This law becomes effective from the date of enforcement of new wages system of government employees, except for regulations on knowledge of one of languages of the international communication (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian) at the level determined according to the All-European competences of foreign language skills of the column "Minimum Specific Requirements" of appendix which will become effective since January 1, 2014.

Art. 4-1. In case of establishment of the minimum specific requirements to knowledge of language of the international communication (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian) the level of language competence established by the All-European scale of language competence will be considered.

Art. 5. - To the government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law:

- take necessary measures for realization of provisions of this law;

- approve the list of the bodies of the public power falling under operation of this law;

- bring the regulations into accord with this law.
