Some questions of provision of paid services of Public service by divisions in emergency situations
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve:
the list of paid services of fire-proof appointment which are provided by divisions (the special regional centers of quick response, territorial rescue groups, special groups, emergency and rescue and fire fighting divisions, communication centers, groups of providing, technical services, storage bases and their divisions) Public service on emergency situations, according to appendix 1;
the list of additional paid services which are provided by rescue services of Public service on emergency situations, according to appendix 2;
the list of paid services which are provided by hydrometeorological organizations and the organizations of Public service for emergency situations, according to appendix 3.
2. Determine that services:
1) specified in appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution, are provided on requests of legal entities and physical persons and provided that their provision does not contradict and does not interfere with the main activities of divisions of Public service on emergency situations;
2) provided:
Item 1 of appendix 3 to this resolution, it are provided to public authorities, local government bodies and the population (through mass media) it is free;
Item 2 of appendix 3 to this resolution, it are provided to legal entities and physical persons on a contract basis.
3. To public service on emergency situations:
together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade to approve till December 1 in 2011 technique of forming of cost of paid services which lists are approved by this resolution;
bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
