1. Create the State social inspection subordinated to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, - the administrative authority exercising the state control and accreditation of suppliers of social services in the field of the public assistance.

1-1. The state social inspection is legal successor of Social inspection.

1-2. The state social inspection exercises the state control in all territory of the Republic of Moldova.

2. Approve:

Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State social inspection according to appendix No. 1;

structure of the State social inspection according to appendix No. 2;

To Organigramm Gosudarstvennoy of social inspection according to appendix No. 3.

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of the State social inspection in number of 29 units, including 4 units of personnel of maintenance.

4. Expenses on the organization and functioning of the State social inspection become covered for the account and within the means provided in the government budget and also at the expense of other means according to the current legislation.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
