For the purpose of streamlining of the organization of works on designing, installation, adjustment, repair and maintenance of technical means of protection on especially important and categorized objects of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the admission to performance of works on designing, installation, adjustment, repair and maintenance of technical means of protection on especially important and categorized objects of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. In case of the conclusion of contracts for performance of works on designing, installation, adjustment, repair and maintenance of technical means of protection on especially important and categorized objects of the Republic of Uzbekistan it is strict to heads of the ministries, state committees, departments and other organizations to be guided by requirements of the Provision approved by this resolution, and also to provide its strict observance by the subordinated organizations.
3. To the ministries, the state committees and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. A. Hodzhayev.
