RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About goods placement under customs procedures of conversion on customs area, conversions for internal consumption, outward processing

Based on Item 2 of Article 124, of Item 2 of Article 126, of Items 1 and 2 of Article 127, 129, of Item 2 of Article 132, of Item 2 of Article 134, of Items 1 and 2 of Article 135, of Item 3 of Article 136, of Item 2 of Article 138, of Item 2 of Article 139, of Item 2 of Article 141, of Items 1 and 2 of article 142 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles

1. Approve Regulations on goods placement under customs procedures of conversion on customs area, conversions for internal consumption, outward processings it (is applied).

2. Determine that under customs procedure of conversion for internal consumption any goods, except for the goods included in the inventory to which customs procedure of conversion on customs area, No. 203 approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 11, 2018 is not applied can be located.

3. Authorize on approval of conditions of conversion:

3.1. the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix;

3.2. the national production and trade association of Belkhudozhpromysla of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus to the legal entities who are part of this consolidation;

3.3. National academy of Sciences of Belarus to the legal entities who are under its supervision.

4. Declare invalid:

Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2008 No. 28 "About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 21, 2007 No. 1065 and in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2007 No. 1430" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 16, 5/26609);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 2, 2009 No. 138 "About modification of the Regulations on procedure for issue of the conclusion about conditions of conversion of goods on customs area and the conclusions about conditions of conversion of goods out of customs area" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 40, 5/29251);

subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 26, 2009 No. 254 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning implementation of ministerial procedures in the field of health care" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 66, 5/29385);

Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2010 No. 1085 "About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, recognition voided separate resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, and also some questions of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation about cooperation in the field of fishery of March 13, 2002" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 184, 5/32230).

5. To provide to republican state bodies, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

6. This resolution becomes effective in 2 months after its official publication, except for Item 5, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of acceptance.

form, procedure for issue, response (cancellation) and (or) renewal of action of the document on conditions of conversion of goods on customs area, the document on conditions of conversion of goods for internal consumption, the document on conditions of conversion of goods out of customs area (further, unless otherwise specified, – documents on conditions of conversion of goods) and introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments;
