According to the subitem 4) article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) the commitment form for registration as the participant of special economic zone according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) questionnaire form for registration as the participant of special economic zone according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To committee on investments of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Serikov A. Zh.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and official publication in mass media.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the first Vice-Minister of the industry and new Pay technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.P.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
