2) Rules of rewarding departmental and others, equated to them, awards (deprivations departmental and others, equated to them, awards) some state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, law enforcement agencies, courts, Armed Forces, other troops and military forming.

2. Form the Republican commission on questions of the state symbols and heraldry departmental and others, equated to them, awards (further - the Commission) in structure according to appendix 1 to this Decree.

3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Commission.

4. Expenses on production departmental and others, equated to them, awards, and also certificates to them are performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget on ensuring activities of the relevant state body.

5. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
