For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance brokers, Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of submission of the reporting by the insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance brokers (further - Rules) according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen calendar days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To department of strategy and analysis (Abdrakhmanov N. A.):

1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution;

2) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution to bring it to the attention of the interested divisions of the Agency and Consolidation of legal entities "The association of financiers of Kazakhstan".

5. To department of information technologies (Tusupov K. A.) provide completion of the automated information subsystem "Insurance supervision" on the following appendices to Rules:

3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, the tables "Information on the Insurance Contracts Signed with Participation of Banks of the Second Level (Part 1)" of appendix 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 till November 1, 2010;

11, 12, 13, the tables "Information on the Insurance Contracts Signed with Participation of Banks of the Second Level (Part 2)" of appendix 26 till December 31, 2010.

Rules of submission of the reporting by the insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance brokers

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules are developed in compliance with subitem 2-1) of Item 2 of article 74 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 2000 "About insurance activity" (further - the Law on insurance activity), the subitem 6) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2003 "About state regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations" and establish the list, forms, terms and procedure for submission of the reporting by the insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance brokers in authorized body on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - authorized body).

Chapter 2. Submission of the reporting

2. The reporting is submitted in authorized body all insurance (reinsurance) organizations having the license for the right of implementation of insurance activity in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on industry "general insurance" and on industry "life insurance", and also insurance brokers, having the license for the right of implementation of activities of insurance broker in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including data on all the branches and (or) representations.

3. The insurance (reinsurance) organizations represent the reporting with the following frequency and in the following forms:

1) monthly no later than 18:00 hours of time of the city of Astana of the fifth working day of the month following month under report:

the report on remaining balance of money according to appendix 1 to these rules;

the report on the placed deposits according to appendix 2 to these rules;

the report on securities according to appendix 3 to these rules;

the operations statement "the return repo", "repo" according to appendix 4 to these rules;

the report on the amounts to obtaining from overcautious persons, insurance premiums to obtaining from insurers (reinsurers) and intermediaries according to appendix 5 to these rules;

the report on investment property and fixed assets according to appendix 6 to these rules;

the report on calculation of insurance reserves of the insurance (reinsurance) organization on industry "general insurance" according to appendix 7 to these rules;

the report on calculation of insurance reserves of the insurance (reinsurance) organization on industry "life insurance" according to appendix 8 to these rules;

information about shareholders of the insurance (reinsurance) organization according to appendix 9 to these rules;

the report on insurance premiums according to appendix 10 to these rules;

the report on large insurance contracts (reinsurance) according to appendix 11 to these rules;

the report on large insurance payments according to appendix 12 to these rules;
