Based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About burial and funeral case" (2010, No. 52, the Art. 508) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Justice, Service of homeland security, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for assistance in burial in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the dead in the territory of foreign state, according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after 10 days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
