1. Approve the Procedure for introduction of payment for holding professional certification of executives in charge of separate work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture and its sizes which is applied.

3. Provide to the deputy minister Isayenko D. V. submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister D.V.Isayenko.

Procedure for introduction of payment for holding professional certification of executives in charge of separate work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture and its sizes

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of introduction of payment for holding professional certification of executives in charge of separate work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture and its sizes.

2. The executive in charge of separate work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture (further - the executive in charge), brings payment for holding professional certification before holding examination in the amount of 1,5 of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established as of January 01 of the current year.

3. To executives in charge who did not pass examination the payment for its carrying out does not return.

4. In case of acceptance by the Certifying architectural and construction commission of the decision on refusal in issue of the qualification certificate the payment for issue of the qualification certificate is not charged.

5. The payment for holding professional certification is brought by the executive in charge by money transfer through banks, payment devices or departments of mail service, or through the Internet with use of payment systems and/or software of Single state electronic system in the field of construction or other state information system integrated with Single state electronic system in the field of construction.

6. Confirmation of introduction of payment for holding professional certification is the document or information (payment details) on introduction of payment in any form.

7. The payment for holding professional certification is enlisted in the income of the Government budget of Ukraine, except case, the stipulated in Item 8 presents About.

8. In case of holding professional certification based on the delegated powers by self-regulatory organizations in the field of architectural activities bring payment in such organizations in the amount of, determined by Item 2 presents of the Procedure.

9. Accounting of the means received for holding professional certification, and also control of their use are performed according to the legislation.
