2) Committee of development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) territorial subdivisions of Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list to this resolution.
2. Liquidate:
1) Committee of the international economic cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) Committee on cases of the rural territories of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to provide transfer of the appropriate rights and obligations, and also necessary material means and other property from Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial subdivisions to Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial subdivisions;
2) to provide liquidation of Committee on cases of the rural territories of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer of the corresponding necessary property to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
