3. This Decision becomes effective since October 1, 2011.

Specifications of data transmission of customs statistics of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade in goods

1. The agreement on maintaining customs statistics of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade in goods of January 25, 2008 and the Protocol on procedure for data transmission of foreign trade statistics and statistics of mutual trade provides transfer to the Center of customs statistics of the Commission of the Customs union (further - the Center of statistics) data of customs statistics of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade in goods in the authorized bodies of state members of the Customs union responsible for provision of these data (further - authorized bodies of the Parties).

The purpose of this document is establishment for authorized bodies of the Parties of single rules of preparation and transfer to the Center of statistics, and also to authorized bodies of the Parties of data of customs statistics of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade in goods.

2. In case of each data transmission of customs statistics of foreign trade and in authorized bodies of the Parties it is necessary to send 2 files to the Center of statistics:

the file of data of customs statistics of foreign trade containing detailed data on foreign trade in goods for the accounting period. The structure of the name of the file and formats of fields are described in Appendix 1;

the file of total amount of foreign trade containing total cost in each direction of movement of goods (export and import) covered by the file of data of customs statistics of foreign trade for every month of the accounting period. The structure of the name of the file and formats of fields are described in Appendix 2.

Thus, each file of data of customs statistics of foreign trade shall accompany the file of total amount of foreign trade. The file of total amount of foreign trade is intended for control of completeness of receipt of information.

Besides, files (reference books) of goods and the countries, structure of names and which formats of fields are described in Appendix 5 go to the Center of statistics and to authorized bodies of the Parties monthly along with data of customs statistics of foreign trade.

3. In case of each data transmission of statistics of mutual trade and in authorized bodies of the Parties it is necessary to send 2 files to the Center of statistics:

the file of statistical data of mutual trade containing detailed data on mutual trade in goods for the accounting period. The structure of the name of the file and formats of fields are described in Appendix 3;

the file of total amount of mutual trade containing total cost in each direction of movement of goods (export and import) covered by the file of statistical data of mutual trade for every month of the accounting period. The structure of the name of the file and formats of fields are described in Appendix 4.

shall go to the Center of statistics and to authorized bodies of the Parties monthly for the 40th day after the accounting period and to contain the staticized data from the beginning of year (monthly).

The files containing the staticized data for previous year in general (monthly) and also the corresponding files (reference books) of goods and the countries shall be sent to the Center of statistics and to authorized bodies of the Parties for the 180th day after its termination.

6. All data mentioned hereunder go to the Center of statistics and to authorized bodies of the Parties e-mail or on the optical carrier. The e-mail address of the Center of statistics for the direction of data is stat@tsouz.ru.

It is necessary to perform transfer of files in the archived type (WinZip archiver) on 2 files: file of data of customs statistics of foreign trade (statistics of mutual trade) and file of total amount of customs statistics of foreign trade (statistics of mutual trade).
