Based on subitem 1. 5, paragraphs two and third part one of subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2011 No. 243 "About marking of goods control (identification) signs" and subitem 6.20-1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 the No. 1592 Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the Instruction about accounting treatment, storages, realization, destructions and recognitions invalid control (identification) signs it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. marking by control (identification) signs (further – control signs) the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs obliged to perform marking of goods control signs is performed:

2.1.1. beer malt:

poured in packaging of any capacity, except for the packaging having fitting in the structure – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm or 17 x 34 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "BEER" on face part of corking means of packaging (except zhestebanka) or on any place of its side surface;

poured in the packaging of any capacity having fitting in the structure – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 34 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "BEER" on the upper surface of packaging (except fitting and cover on fitting).

At the same time depending on the capacity of packaging in which beer malt is poured for marking control signs nominal are subject to use:

1.0 – for packaging with a capacity up to 1 liter inclusive;

1.1–2.0 – for packaging with a capacity over 1 liter to 2 liters inclusive;

2.1 – for packaging with a capacity over 2 liters;

2.1.2. oils motor, diffuse in packaging of any capacity:

the cover (stopper) of which has the control ring collapsing when opening cover (stopper) – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "engine oil" on cover (stopper);

the cover (stopper) of which has no the control ring collapsing when opening cover (stopper) – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 190 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "ENGINE OIL", two-piece, without separating from both parts of control sign from each other, with capture of the surface of packaging by it and covers (stopper) so that when opening cover (stopper) the control sign collapsed;

having additional opening in the structure, – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 190 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "ENGINE OIL", two-piece so that one part of control sign of bigger format took the surface of packaging and cover of jellied mouth of packaging, other part of control sign took stopper of additional air opening and the surface of packaging and when opening cover and additional air opening both parts of control sign collapsed. At the same time both parts of control sign shall have identical identification series and number;

2.1.3. the vegetable oil intended for consumption:

poured in packaging of any capacity, except for the packaging having fitting in the structure – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "OIL раст." on face part of corking means of packaging or on any place of its side surface;

poured in the packaging of any capacity having fitting in the structure – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "OIL раст." on the upper surface of packaging (except fitting and cover on fitting);

2.1.4. in leak-proof consumer package: calves of the sturgeon and its substitutes made of berries of fish; canned food fish in zhestebanka – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "FISH" on cover or on any surface of consumer packaging;

2.1.5. waters, including mineral and gassy, containing additives of sugar or other edulcorant or vkuso-aromatic substances, and other soft drinks (further – soft drinks):

in consumer packaging, except for the packaging having fitting in the structure – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "DRINKS" on face part of corking means of packaging (except zhestebanka) or on any place of its side surface;

in the consumer packaging having fitting in the structure – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 110 mm with the abbreviated name of the goods "DRINKS" on jellied mouth collapsing when opening jellied mouth or by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "DRINKS" on the upper surface of packaging (except fitting and cover on fitting).

At the same time depending on the capacity of consumer packaging in which soft drinks are poured for marking control signs of format 17 x 18 mm are subject to use:

nominal 0.25 – for consumer packaging by capacity to liter 0,25 inclusive;

nominal 0.251–1.5 – for consumer packaging by capacity over liter 0,25 to liter 1,5 inclusive;

without nominal – for consumer packaging by capacity over liter 1,5;

2.1.6. low alcohol drinks with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol no more than 7 percent:

poured in packaging of any capacity, except for the packaging having fitting in the structure – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "DRINKS сл. alcohol" on face part of corking means of packaging (except zhestebanka) or on any place of its side surface;

poured in the packaging of any capacity having fitting in the structure – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "DRINKS сл. alcohol" on the upper surface of packaging (except fitting and cover on fitting);

2.1.7. detergents for washing of products from different types of fabrics powdery, liquid and pasty in consumer packaging – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods "WASHING Wednesday-va" on cover (stopper) or any place of surface of packaging;

2.1.8. coffee fried or not fried, with caffeine or without caffeine, net - weighing at least 25 grams in consumer packaging; coffee peel and covers of grains of coffee net - weighing at least 25 grams in consumer packaging; substitutes of the coffee containing coffee in any proportion, net - weighing at least 25 grams in consumer packaging; instant coffee net - weighing at least 25 grams in consumer packaging – by drawing control sign on self-adhesive basis of format 17 x 18 mm with the abbreviated name of goods of "COFFEE" on cover or on any surface of consumer packaging.

At the same time depending on the capacity of consumer packaging in which the coffee fried or not fried, with caffeine or without caffeine is packed up the coffee peel and covers of grains of coffee, the coffee substitutes containing coffee in any proportion, instant coffee for marking are subject to use control signs:
