About authorization system
This Law determines legal, organizational and economic basis of authorization system, the exclusive list of deyatelnost which are performed on permission of authorized state body, procedure for issue to subjects of business activity of allowing documents, establishes types of allowing documents and provides protection of legitimate interests of citizens, the environment and safety of the state.
In this Law the following basic concepts are applied:
- the allowing document - the administrative document of allowing nature issued by allowing body, to the legal entity and the individual entrepreneur for implementation of certain type of activity or action with indication of its term in case of obligatory observance of allowing conditions in the form of permission, the certificate, the conclusion, the act of approval, approval, the certificate, the certificate, registration, task and the decision, except for licenses;
