About some questions of activities of the special tourist and recreational park "August Channel"

According to subitems 13.4 and 13.5 of Item 13 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2011 No. 220 "About creation of the special tourist and recreational Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: park "August Channel"

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the special tourist and recreational park "August Channel" and order of registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs as residents of the special tourist and recreational park "August Channel", general terms of activities of residents of the park, and also procedure for transition, deprivation or loss of resident status of the park.

2. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
