RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (bunker) "Report on export (import) of bunker fuel" and instructions for its filling

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (bunker) "The report on export (import) of bunker fuel" of monthly frequency and enact it starting with the report for January, 2012.

2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (bunker) "The report on export (import) of bunker fuel" and enact them starting with the report for January, 2012.

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities performing sale (transfer) to nonresidents of the Republic of Belarus of bunker fuel and (or) purchase (acceptance) from nonresidents of the Republic of Belarus of bunker fuel.

4. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of statistics and the analysis of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2008 No. 29 "About modification of forms of the state statistical reporting" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 105, 8/18653);

the resolution of the Ministry of statistics and the analysis of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2008 No. 204 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Ministry of statistics and the analysis of the Republic of Belarus according to the statistics foreign trade" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 275, 8/19597);

subitem 1.31 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2009 No. 41 "About modification of forms of the state statistical reporting" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 132, 7/963).

5. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2012.
