1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of conditions and rules of implementation of the activities connected with the production, transfer and delivery of electrical energy combined by production of heat and electrical energy, production of heat energy on combined heat and power plants and installations with use nonconventional or renewable energy resources it (is applied).

3. To provide to management of licensed control and territorial representations submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
