About some questions of organization of events on liquidation of the situations menacing to political, economic and social stability of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of ensuring operational elimination of the situations menacing to political, economic and social stability of the Republic of Kazakhstan or its administrative and territorial unit, and also life and human health, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. To the Ministries of Internal Affairs, justice, defenses, on emergency situations, transport and communications, finance, to Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval) together with akimats of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty in two-month time to develop offers on legislative settlement of use (mechanism) of rail, road, water transport, the state aircraft and aircrafts of civil aviation which are under authority of state bodies for the purpose of defense, safety of the state and protection of public order.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 25.04.2015 No. 325

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 9, 1998 No. 86 "About organization of events on liquidation of emergency situations of social and criminogenic nature".

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
