About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to terrorism"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to terrorism" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2006, No. 10, the Art. 854) the following changes:
1. In all text of the Law of the word "State Committee of Homeland Security" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "body of homeland security" in the corresponding cases.
2. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Legal basis of counteraction to terrorism
The legal basis of counteraction to terrorism is constituted by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, Criminal and Criminal procedure codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Law and other regulatory legal acts, and also the international agreements which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.".
