About creation of Single state electronic base concerning education
According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 30, 2010 "About measures for ensuring priority development of education in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 926:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Education and Science concerning creation of Single state electronic base concerning education which components are the primary data containing in the state information production system for information and documentary support of physical persons and legal entities data on questions of education created according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 5, 2004 No. 841 "About creation and implementation of the state information production system in education industry" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 27, of the Art. 1780), the State register of higher educational institutions created according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 15, 2006 No. 329 "Questions of state registration of higher educational institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 11, of the Art. 754), and electronic base of personal data and results of external independent estimation of national system of estimation of quality of education.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.12.2018 No. 1060.
3. To the Ministry of Education and Science:
provide creation till January 1, 2012 and functioning of Single state electronic base concerning education;
develop and approve procedure for forming and functioning of the specified Single base.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
