Questions of management of public service in Ukraine
For the purpose of enhancement of management of public service in Ukraine, according to Item I decide 15 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:
1. Form the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service, having reorganized Head department of public service of Ukraine.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 20.06.2019 No. 419/2019.
3. The Section III of the Scheme of the organization and interaction of the central executive bodies approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" (with the changes made by the Decree of June 30, 2011 No. 717, to add with the paragraph of such content:
"The national agency of Ukraine concerning public service".
4. Recognize invalid:
The presidential decree of Ukraine of October 2, 1999 No. 1272 "About Regulations on Head department of public service of Ukraine";
Item of 14 changes which are made to presidential decrees of Ukraine, approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 5, 2004 No. 280 "About modification and recognition voided some presidential decrees of Ukraine";
The presidential decree of Ukraine of November 6, 2004 No. 1375 "About modification of the Regulations on Head department of public service of Ukraine";
The presidential decree of Ukraine of October 4, 2005 No. 1413 "About modification of the Regulations on Head department of public service of Ukraine".
5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to bring in two-month time the acts into accord with this Decree.
6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
