About examination of regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies for the purpose of identification in them of the provisions which are unreasonably complicating maintaining business and investing activities and on introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
For the purpose of the organization of activities of federal executive bodies for ensuring identification of provisions of the regulatory legal acts which are unreasonably complicating maintaining business and investing activities, the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that the regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies governing the relations which participants subjects of business and investing activities are or can be are subject to examination for the purpose of identification in the specified acts of the provisions which are unreasonably complicating maintaining business and investing activities (further - examination).
2. Expertize is carried out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation including based on written addresses of representatives of entrepreneurial community.
3. By results of examination the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in case of identification in the specified acts of the provisions which are unreasonably complicating maintaining business and investing activities:
makes in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation offers on cancellation or change of regulatory legal acts of the federal executive bodies or their separate provisions which are unreasonably complicating maintaining business and investing activities;
