Based on the paragraph of third of part two of Article 10, 19, Article parts two 21, parts two of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2010 "About donorship of blood and its components" and subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 23, 2000 No. 1331, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles
1. Establish the list of diseases and conditions in case of which blood donation and its components is contraindicated, according to appendix.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for medical examination of blood donors and its components.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
