In this Instruction the main terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About external labor migration" are used.
2. The conclusion about possibility of attraction to the Republic of Belarus of foreigners for implementation of labor activity in its territory is issued by committee on work, employment and social protection regional (The Minsk city) executive committee at the request of Department on nationality and migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus (further - Department on nationality and migration) for issue of permission to attraction to the Republic of Belarus of foreign labor power.
3. The conclusion about possibility of implementation by the foreigner of labor activity according to the employment contract in the Republic of Belarus is issued by committee on work, employment and social protection regional (The Minsk city) executive committee at the request of division on nationality and migration of Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk city executive committee, the Department of Internal Affairs of regional executive committee (further - division on nationality and migration) for issue of special permission to the occupation right labor activity in the Republic of Belarus.
