Authorize the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on determination of the status of the goods made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure:
free customs zone, for the customs purposes in case of completion of customs procedure of free customs zone, and also issue of the conclusions about recognition of the goods made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone, goods of the Customs union and about recognition of the goods made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone, not being goods of the Customs union;
free warehouse, for the customs purposes in case of completion of customs procedure of free warehouse, and also issue of the conclusions about recognition of the goods made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free warehouse, goods of the Customs union and about recognition of the goods made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free warehouse, not being goods of the Customs union.
