About measures for further expansion of resource base of financing of rural house construction

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 20, 2010 No. PP-1444 "About measures for further enhancement of structure and optimization of number of managerial personnel of bodies of the public and economic board", and also for the purpose of further expansion of resource base of financing of construction of individual apartment houses according to standard projects in the rural zone the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

 1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Finance and Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on liquidation of Fund of support of mortgage lending under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (daleefond) by transfer of its assets in accordance with the established procedure of JSB Kishlok kurilish bank: with execution of loan obligations of JSB Kishlok kurilish bank to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the amount equal to obligations of Fund to the Ministry of Finance for the attracted preferential long-term credit resources; in other part - with increase in share of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the authorized capital of JSB Kishlok kurilish bank.

2. Approve structure of liquidation commission of Fund according to appendix No. 1 it (is not brought). Liquidation commission in accordance with the established procedure to perform measures for liquidation of Fund with transfer of its property after satisfaction of requirements of creditors of balance of JSB Kishlok kurilish bank.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, JSB Kishlok kurilish bank and AKIB "Ipoteka bank" in accordance with the established procedure to renew earlier signed agreements on provision of preferential long-term credit resources in accordance with the terms, provided in earlier signed agreements.

4. Make changes to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister R. S. Azimov and Premyerministr's deputy of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. A. Hodzhayev.

The changes made to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 3, 2007 No. 2 "About approval of the Regulations on mortgage lending of house construction, reconstruction and priobrteniye of housing" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 1, the Art. 1):

a) in item 4:

exclude paragraph two;

b) to declare the subitem 1 of Item 7 invalid;

c) declare Item 8 invalid;
