Article 1

Children of the military personnel, persons who are serving in the troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and having special rank of police and employees of some federal executive bodies and federal state bodies, the dead (the dead declared the dead acknowledged it is unknown absent) in case of fulfillment of duties of military service (service duties), and children of persons who died owing to military injury after dismissal from military service (service in troops, bodies and organizations), have the right to monthly allowance in the amount of 1597 rubles 50 kopeks (further - benefit).

Article 2

The stipulated in Article 1 present of the Federal Law the entitlement to benefit is granted:

1) to children of the military personnel, the dead (the dead declared the dead acknowledged it is unknown absent) in case of fulfillment of duties of military service;

2) to children of the persons who are serving in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and having special rank of police, the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, the Public fire service of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation, drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, federal bodies of tax police, the dead (the dead declared the dead acknowledged it is unknown absent) on duty;

3) to children of persons who died owing to military injury after dismissal from military service (service in the troops, bodies and organizations specified in Item 2 of this Article).

Article 3

1. Allowance payment is performed:

1) to children before achievement of age by them 18 years;

2) to children is more senior than 18 years, become disabled people before achievement of age by them 18 years;

3) to the children studying in the educational organizations for full-time courses before the end of such training by them, but no more than before achievement of age of 23 years by them.

2. The benefit is indexed in the amount of and in terms which are provided by the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period, proceeding from established by the specified Federal Law of the forecast rate of inflation.

3. The benefit size in areas and areas where regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation establish district coefficients to the salary, is determined using these coefficients.

4. The procedure for appointment and allowance payment is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
