1. Give authority on creation of protocols on administrative offenses and preparation of cases on administrative offenses for consideration of the following officials of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:

2. Give authority on hearing of cases about administrative offenses on behalf of bodies of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:

chief of Head department of cash circulation of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, his deputy;

chief of Head department of monetary monitoring of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, his deputy;

head of department of financial monitoring and control of Head department of banking supervision of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, his deputy;

head of department of inspection of Head department of banking supervision of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, his deputies;

head of department of regulation of non-bank transactions of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, his deputy;

3. Recognize invalid:
