1. Approve Regulations on procedure for representation to state body on cases on bankruptcy of materials about financial and economic activities of business entities according to appendix.

2. Recognize invalid:

changes and amendments No. 1 to the Procedure for provision to Committee on cases on economic insolvency of the companies of information on financial and economic activities of business entities and application of administrative penalties approved by Committee on cases on economic insolvency of the companies in case of Minmakroekonomstat of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 5, 2000 No. 8 (per. No. 894-1 of May 15, 2000) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 9).

Regulations on procedure for representation to state body on cases on bankruptcy of materials about finansovokhozyaystvenny activities of business entities

This Provision according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About financial accounting" and "About bankruptcy" determines procedure for representation to state body by cases on bankruptcy - to the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition (further - Committee) and to its territorial authorities of materials about financial and economic activities (further - materials) business entities.

I. General provisions

1. This Provision extends on business entities, in authorized fund (capital) of which there is share of the state.

2. Treat the materials represented to Committee and its territorial authorities:

data on the taxes and other obligatory payments which are subject to payment in the budget and the state trust funds on losses, overdue creditor and debit debts of business entities;

II. Representation of materials about financial and economic activities of business entities

3. The materials about business entities specified in Item 2 this provision are represented in the following procedure and terms:

The State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial authorities represent respectively to Committee and its territorial authorities in electronic form by means of telecommunication channels svyaziperechen the business entities having tax debt on taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget and the state trust funds more than three months, quarterly no later than the twentieth following reporting quarter in form according to appendix to this Provision;

According to the statistics and its territorial administrations quarterly, in amount and the terms established by the Program of the state statistical works on the basis of the state statistical reporting "The report on financial condition of the company", represent the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan respectively to Committee and its territorial authorities, in electronic form by means of telecommunication channels of the information about unprofitable business entities and about the business entities having overdue accounts payable more than three months by regions, bodies of the public and economic board;

other statistical information, within the Program of the state statistical works, is submitted the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics and its territorial administrations to Committee and its territorial authorities according to the legislation.

4. Heads of bodies of the State Tax Service and bodies of the state statistics designate the official responsible for timely submission to Committee or its relevant territorial authority of the materials provided by this Provision.

5. Business entities, in authorized fund (capital) of which there is share of the state, represent to Committee and its territorial authorities in electronic form by means of telecommunication channels the materials specified in Item 2 this provision in the following procedure and terms:

information on the course of accomplishment of the plan of sanitation of the business entities sanified according to the decision of Committee - quarterly to the twenty fifth, following reporting quarter;

III. Final provisions

6. In case of non-presentation or untimely representation of materials in Committee or to its relevant territorial authorities the officials responsible for representation of these materials are made responsible according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
